1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Easywebdesign.io services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
We offer web design and development services under predefined plans for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Each plan includes a specific scope, features, and limits, including responsive design and basic SEO optimization, according to the contracted plan.
3. Prices and Plans
The prices of our services are clearly indicated on our website. Prices may change without prior notice, but any change will not affect already contracted projects. All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before starting project development. We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Once payment is processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
5. Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued if the project has not started and the client requests cancellation. Once the client submits their content (logo, photos, texts, and business information), no refunds will be issued, except in the case that easywebdesign.io fails to complete the project as agreed. If the client does not submit their content within 30 days after payment, the project will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
6. Delivery Timeframes
The specified delivery timeframes begin only when we receive all necessary content (logo, photos, texts, business information). The client has 30 days from the payment date to submit their content through the provided upload link. If content is not received within this timeframe, the link will expire and the project will be considered abandoned with no right to refund. If content is incomplete, the project will be paused until we receive the missing material.
7. Revisions
All plans include 1 revision round. Revisions cover minor adjustments during development. Design changes, complete redesigns, or structural modifications are not included after initial approval and may incur additional costs.
8. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is completed, the client obtains usage rights for the delivered website for their own commercial purposes. easywebdesign.io reserves the right to display the project in its portfolio and promotional materials. The code base, structures, and reusable components remain the intellectual property of easywebdesign.io.
9. Client Content
The client is solely responsible for the content they provide, including texts, images, logos, and multimedia material, and guarantees that they possess the necessary rights for its use. easywebdesign.io is not responsible for legal claims arising from content supplied by the client.
10. Maintenance
The monthly maintenance service ($19.99/month) is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. It includes hosting, SSL certificate, backups, security, technical support, and minor content updates. Hosting and SSL are only included while maintenance is active. The 30-day free trial starts when the project is delivered.
11. Cancellation
Maintenance can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the already paid billing cycle and no partial refunds are made. Once cancelled, no future charges will be generated and the service will remain active until the final date of the cycle.
12. Limitation of Liability
easywebdesign.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted services.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms.
